Had a break down during a day trip to Bellingham Andrew took care of me right away even when other shops told me it would be at least a week! I would of had to of gotten a hotel and been stranded if Andrew wasn’t so awesome!! He had THE BEST customer service and a VERY clean lobby and very fair prices for the work he did! I would highly recommend this auto shop for anyone in the Bham area!!

My car broke down when I drove up to Bellingham for the day, I would have been stranded because the first place I took my car couldn't see me for at least a week! Andrew was AMAZING he got me in right away and was very quick, friendly, and upfront. I'm big on vibes and this whole place was amazing. As a girl I sometimes feel "I'm getting played" he made me feel just like a normal customer. His prices were fair and honest and he had THE BEST customer service..... This is officially my new car place any needs I have and I'm taking them here!! Also the office is set up in a very comfortable way, SUPER clean :) Overall best automotive experience I've had in Bellingham!

I have done business at Sterling Automotive for 12 years. They don't work on diesels and referred me to Flat Black. I was scheduled quickly, given an accurate quote, and the repair was made quickly and on time and budget. Shop is clean and efficient. Sterling's recomendation was spot on. After the fiasco I have had to deal with at Nissan since they were bought out, I had to try to find a more reputable mechanic and my friend recommended Flat Black. Scott is very friendly, honest and helpful. I ended up having to have a brake flush despite the fact that Nissan claimed they did it. Never again. Scott was honest with me about what needed to be done and his honesty is why I continue to go there. I highly recommend his shop which is now on Iowa Street.
