I called flat black while traveling to Washington with my rv and my truck was flashing check engine light and it was” bucking” occasionally. While I thought it might be transmission issues Mike recommended I stop at a local auto parts store to have the codes read. Luckily it was not transmission related and I was able to make it to my destination with no problems. Mike at flat black got me in in one day and fixed my issue with no problems. The service was excellent and the price was fair and exactly as quoted. NO UPSELL ATTEMPTS!! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fair and reputable auto repair shop 😎

Power steering belt on my car disintegrated and had my car towed at night. They had it fixed before the end of the next day. Beyond kind and helpful, reasonable pricing, fast service. Would recommend

Going to an automotive shop as a woman can be really intimidating , but at FlatBack, I felt heard and secure that they were going to take care of my car! Dropped it off on Wednesday, got it back Friday. The quickest service I’ve ever had with an internal issue with my car. Jenny and Jesse are really lovely people, I would highly recommend this automotive shop. 10/10
