I took my Subaru Outback there for a full inspection a couple of years ago. They were very thorough and honest. They told me I didn’t need to worry about coming back until around 90k miles for a service. At the time, I was only at 50k. I was pretty surprised they didn’t try to get me to do anything in between that time. I just hit 90k and came back because of the good first impression. Communication was great, again, I didn’t feel like they were ever upselling me. Quick and friendly service. Highly recommend!

Great customer service. Estimate and invoice were a little too expensive for me. If you have a Subaru that needs maintenance, just go to Dewey Griffin, they’ll probably give you a better price.

While we did only charge you $95 plus tax to diagnose your suspension issues AND check/retorque all front end components on your lifted Subaru, the estimate provided was for factory Subaru components per your request. We are pleased that you had a good experience in person but it seems this matter could have been brought to our attention before you left. We do pride ourselves on top-notch customer service as well as offering an above industry standard warranty on all repairs performed in the shop, we acknowledge that we might not be the cheapest around, but our focus is quality repairs and transparency through the entire repair process. I hope you find a shop that suits your needs in the future!
