This is not a tire shop. Even so, they were highly recommended to me for an alignment on a set of new tires. Mike was great. I got a computer print out of before and after the alignment which he explained. Fast, efficient and professional customer service.

I needed a new set of tires I bought at Costco aligned. Mike got me in in a couple of days. Technician did a great job. He understood the particulars of alignment for a Kia Sorento. Mike explained everything he did and gave me a print out of before and after. I have AAA and Mike was happy to give me their 10% discount. This is not a tire shop. But they were recommended to me for this specific task. It was a good recommendation. So I will pass that along. I highly recommend these guys if you need new tires aligned.

A family friend recommended flat black to my husband and I when his vehicle needed a repair. A couple weeks later my radiator cracked. So we took it to Flat Black. the repair was fast and the final bill came out slightly below the estimate.

Honest, fast shop. They performed the service requested and didnt play games trying to upsell work. They actually did the opposite, guiding me to an easy repair for me to do myself and save some money. They even took the time to give me advice on how to do the repair myself. Would definitely recommend.
