Power steering belt on my car disintegrated and had my car towed at night. They had it fixed before the end of the next day. Beyond kind and helpful, reasonable pricing, fast service. Would recommend

Going to an automotive shop as a woman can be really intimidating , but at FlatBack, I felt heard and secure that they were going to take care of my car! Dropped it off on Wednesday, got it back Friday. The quickest service I’ve ever had with an internal issue with my car. Jenny and Jesse are really lovely people, I would highly recommend this automotive shop. 10/10

Came to FlatBlack after leaving dealer across street…for a second opinion on some repairs. This shop inspected my car , repairs not needed. Honest and friendly shop… came as a recommendation from a friend… will return if I need any repairs in the future… and will not hesitate to recommend FlatBlack to others

Brought my 23 year old Subaru Outback in for an inspection and found it was in good shape! Im sure a less reliable shop would have found something to fix. Will return with all our Subarus for service. Mike was easy to deal with and quickly scheduled us for a same day delivery.
