After getting the run around from other shops I was recommended Flat Back Auto by a friend. The got my truck in and had it fixed with in a couple of days. I would highly recommend them to anyone looked for a honest local company to work with.

I called to get a quote on a basic brake repair. Over the phone the information I got was clear - can't give a confident quote until an inspection is done but if it's just pads and rotors it's a very knowable cost, which they gave me. They were able to schedule me for an inspection the next day. After the inspection they were prepared to do the pad and rotor replacement on the spot, which I had them do. It was easy. The cost was competitive with other quotes I got. The biggest benefit for me was the warranty on their work. 5 years / 60k miles on any labor-related issues means I have the peace of mind that I'm in good hands.

Everything was perfect actually took less than an hour. Guys are friendly. Shop is clean. Highly recommended.
