Him and his team easily got my van diagnosed and let me know the issues. He was very straightforward and transparent about the issue and his recommendations. Very knowledgeable with my 015 Rubicon Wrangler, found the problem on the vehicle inspection & fixed it. Very fair on the price, have recommended them several times to my family. Will continue to use them when needed. Thank you Andrew

My check engine light came on during my drive up to Bellingham from Portland. They were able to get me in ASAP fix my problem, and send me back down to Portland. Very honest and good people. If they had a shop in Portland I would use them every chance I got!

I am 29 and my grandpa has been my mechanic since age 15. He recently passed, and for the first time since then, I found myself in position where I needed car help. I was so nervous about taking my car somewhere other than him and having to accept someone else’s help. However, several people recommend FlatBack to me, so I gave it a chance. I am so thankful I did!! Andrew was so nice during every interaction. He was so patient with me as he had to explain things to me several times. I also think they’re prices are very reasonable. My car was fixed in what I consider no time at all, and is running amazing. I am so thankful to have a new place to take my car that I can trust. I only talked to Andrew but I am thankful for everyone who might have been involved in fixing my car. Seriously, thanks guys!!
