I am 29 and my grandpa has been my mechanic since age 15. He recently passed, and for the first time since then, I found myself in position where I needed car help. I was so nervous about taking my car somewhere other than him and having to accept someone else’s help. However, several people recommend FlatBack to me, so I gave it a chance. I am so thankful I did!! Andrew was so nice during every interaction. He was so patient with me as he had to explain things to me several times. I also think they’re prices are very reasonable. My car was fixed in what I consider no time at all, and is running amazing. I am so thankful to have a new place to take my car that I can trust. I only talked to Andrew but I am thankful for everyone who might have been involved in fixing my car. Seriously, thanks guys!!

Couldn’t have been easier for me, as someone who knows very little about cars, to get in and get the service my car needed! Andrew is great, trustworthy and helped me understand not only what work my car needs but why it needs it. I’ll be returning for whatever my car may need in the future!

Andrew was very fast and professional. Had my car towed to them when the clutch pedal was stuck to the floor. Told him I wasn’t from the area and the faster the better, they got the part in at 8am the next day and I received the call it was ready an hour later.

I've brought multiple vehicles to Andrew and his team over the last few months and they have provided no less than excellent service each time. I will continue to have Flat Black Automotive service all of our vehicles.

great service, dropped my car off after closing when a part broke down on the freeway and they called me back the next morning with a quote. also had them replace my brake pads and change my oil, all in all, awesome people
