Car was leaking oil so I brought it in to Flat Black for assessment, as well as for a 100,000 mile service. Andrew called me up within only a few hours of dropping it off, with a thorough estimation of the work required to fix the leaks (and damage caused by the leaks), and the cost. They also found that my car was leaking transmission fluid and would require a new radiator. 12 year old vehicles, what can I say? Andrew was 100% professional, honest, gave me the full rundown of what needed to be done and more importantly WHY, and scheduled the work to maximize labor efficiency. The new radiator had to be ordered and arrived within a day, and I had my car back in less than a day and a half. Just took her out of town for a long drive and she is working perfectly. These guys put pride in their work and it shows. Their quick, cheerful, and thorough communication was also very much appreciated. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Excellent experience throughout. Will be going here again in future.

Diagnosed coolant leaks that no other mechanic could. Repaired problems appropriately. Encountered unforseen broken hardware in the process. They had replacement hardware expedited and replaced within 24 hours. They thoroughly explained all issues, honored their quoted price and were super easy and enjoyable to work with. Fun to talk too. Great personalities. No flashy office or unnecessary overhead. Just a couple of knowledgeable guys who clearly love working on cars. Highly recommended.

My Jeep had a serious oil leak going on; luckily it was an easy fix but they took great care of my Jeep not knowing what the issue was. . They had my Jeep looked at and fixed within an hour after I had dropped it off. Andrew was respectful, a great listener and also took the time to let me know about other issues going on with my vehicle but didn't pressure me into any decisions I wasn't comfortable with. Reasonably priced for fixing my Jeep and I am so relieved with the outcome. I will be taking my vehicles to them from now on for any issue.

Flat Black was super helpful, especially since I couldn’t find a good shop that would take in my BMW. My car had a ton of problems that they helped diagnose without scamming me out of service. The associate even had other shop recommendations for certain repairs. We were very well taken care of!

Awesome service, they persisted and found a very intermittent issue with a bad injector. Very reasonable pricing and prompt service.
