Highly recommend! I recently moved back to Washington after not living here in 9 years. I needed a mechanic for general maintenance and I always try to support local &/or family businesses. So I Googled "Locally owned mechanics in Bellingham" and Flat Black was at the top of the search results. And for good reason! I will be honest, I know what I'm looking for in a mechanic shop because I have managed all the maintenance for a rental fleet of 50 plus vehicles before.
