Needed to have my car towed last minute and Mike was able to help me out in no time! They were so fast and easy, made the whole process a breeze! I saw all the 5 stars reviews and trusted the service would reflect, and it absolutely did! Totally worth it if you’re looking for a mechanic but unsure or weary about where to go!

Always terrific service, estimates that are accurate, and they don’t “treat me like I’m an old lady.” They talk to me like I could possibly understand the issue, and answer my questions in a way that I DO understand. My amazing former mechanic closed his shop, and I was delighted to find that he uses Flat Black. I send lots of folks their way with no qualms.

They were able to do a full inspection quickly and tell me everything that needed work. Gave me honest advice about what was worth fixing, and how to keep my car safely running in the meantime. Even took the time to teach me how to check and refill fluids. Would definitely recommend!

Good and friendly and have a nice waiting room but I wish I had a bit more info provided in advance on how long it would take.

I don't know where to start with Flat Black. They are such a gem of an automotive shop! I have major anxiety and trust issues when it comes to getting work done on my car from being burned in the past but I have never been disappointed with Flat Black! They take the time to explain everything to you to make sure you understand and take their time! They make sure your car isn't done until it's done 100% right. I'm so happy I found this shop.

I took my Mercedes to an out of area Mercedes dealership and had a full inspection along with an alignment. The dealership was appalled at the bid you sent to us for our car. They found nothing to what your bid referred to. We will not be back.

Darlene, I, the owner, performed the front end inspection on your almost 195k mile Mercedes because of your concern for aggressive inside tire wear and found multiple issues with loose components (including tie rod ends and ball joints) and were not able to complete the alignment per your request due to those loose components. We provided you with an estimate with high quality OE parts and when told about the issues you were quite rude to Mike in my front office. He did only charge you for an front end inspection at $40.99 and provided the estimates stated above. I hope you find a shop that can address your needs in the future.
