My daughter went to school at WWU and had problems with her car. The crew was great! Called me to discuss what was wrong, we discussed options and they did a great job! If you have a student at WWU I’d recommend these guys…honest, fair price and didn’t try to snow me with what was wrong.

As usual, Andrew and the crew at Flat Black did a great job with routine servicing and some minor repairs. Also found a broken battery I did not notice. Always enjoy seeing them. Shoutout to Mike who took care of us this time! I don’t mind when one of my rigs needs work - I know I can count on Flat Black.

My blower motor in my prius died over the cold snap and Andrew was quick to get me in and got it repaired the next day! Great customer serivce!

This was such a positive experience from start to finish. I appreciated Andrew's good people skills, his management of his team and the cleanliness of the shop. The team was able to get my car in and out in a day, despite having to replace one part. Now I feel secure driving my car, knowing that it has been checked out by these professionals. I also liked that they warned me of upcoming expensive repairs, but didn't press me to have them done before it was necessary. The only way they could improve is to have a shuttle service!
