Although my repair could have waited as it was just a broken AC something I was still able to get in within a few days. Repair was done fast and Andrew was awesome! I wasn’t able to pick my car up during business hours but the convenience of having a key locker is pretty slick! Definitely coming back!!!

I've been to Flat Black twice now in the past couple months. One time when my alternator went out and another for a pre-trip inspection. I can feel quite weary of mechanical shops trying to milk more money out of my vehicle, and I have never felt this way with Andrew and crew. Amazing customer service, personable, quick to get me into the schedule, honest, never pushy, understanding, and extremely flexible! I've had to pick up my car after hours both time and I appreciate how easeful that process is. This is my new, favorite, dependable, go-to mechanic in town. Thank you!

Followed the great reviews about Flat Black and so glad I did. Andrew's customer service is TOP NOTCH! They quoted us a very reasonable price and did the work today in the exact time frame indicated.
