I am traditionally uncomfortable dealing with a lot of car related topics. Everyone at Flatblack was great! Andrew was flexible and explained everything well. My car got serviced super quickly and I didn't get a hint of uncertainty when handing the keys over or paying my bill. It is a good place to take your car when things go sideways.

The experience was excellent , speedy and they exceeded the timeline they had set for the replacement installation , as I was on my lunch hour! I barely had time to sit down in their comfy sofas, and I had enough time to get lunch in the way back to work!

I was referred to this shop by my old mechanic, who shut down his own business, and I wasn’t disappointed. Andrew and his guys, went over my truck with a fine tooth comb, and identified all the issues I need to address too keep my Old Chevy, running, reliable, and smooth, on the road. The pricing was competitive, the repairs made were major, and extensive, but I want too keep my old truck, I like her, and now she is running like a top. Just found my permanent shop.
