This was such a positive experience from start to finish. I appreciated Andrew's good people skills, his management of his team and the cleanliness of the shop. The team was able to get my car in and out in a day, despite having to replace one part. Now I feel secure driving my car, knowing that it has been checked out by these professionals. I also liked that they warned me of upcoming expensive repairs, but didn't press me to have them done before it was necessary. The only way they could improve is to have a shuttle service!

Note: Repeat customer. Today my battery died. I was lightly freaking out because I needed to pick up my son from school and I needed to have the ability to drive for the rest of the day. Andrew did me the biggest solid, fixed my car in record time and I was able to pick my son up, finish work and drive home. Always a great place. I have yet to worry or feel dismissed.

The service and integrity at Flat Black is top notch. I had a very complicated problem where my car wouldn't start in freezing temperatures. Took it to another shop and they first said I needed a new battery, then a new timing belt to fix the problem. I reluctantly agreed and $1500 later my problem still persisted. The problem had nothing to do with the battery or the timing belt. I took the car to Flat Black and they quickly isolated the problem to a faulty wire on the engine wiring harness. Andrew walked me through the process every step of the way with nothing but patience and professionalism. He explained things in exquisite detail, and in ways a lay person could understand. This will be my go-to shop from now on. I highly recommend them.
