Andrew and his mechanics are all highly competent and they have always given me quality service, honest advice, and fair prices. Andrew helped me out with a long string of repairs after I purchased a used vehicle that had far more problems than I'd expected - he was sympathetic to my plight and waived the inspection fee for some of the repairs. He also noticed shoddy or incomplete work done by other businesses and advised me to cash in on my warranty to have them fix it. I trust Flat Black over any other automotive repair company I've done business with in Bellingham.

Absolutely great service! Andrew helped me out from start to finish and was very informative and helpful throughout the whole process. I had an issue with my passenger front bearing, Andrew quoted me for the worst case scenario so that there would be no hidden fees or surprises when I went to pay. He was upfront about everything and completed the job surprisingly quick. 10/10 would recommend this to anyone with automotive issues.
