I took my car in for servicing, and the whole experience was very efficient. The cost of the service was less then the initial quote, which was nice! Being a college student whose car had a problem for the first time, the workers were very nice and walked me through the whole process of what was wrong with my car, and the steps to get it fixed. Overall, a great service!

Andrew and the guyz at Flat Black spared me great hardship. My alternator failed on Friday afternoon at 3pm, and after visiting 5 repair shops who all said they could get me in "next week", Flat Black pulled my truck in and did the repair. Saved me a giant PITA... Thanks Flat Black!
