I felt they made the replacements of the throwout baring, clutch, and the flywheel very quickly. It didn't take long at all. They immediately got to working on the project ASAP as soon as I dropped it off. They knew I had this car show and cruise event coming up this weekend and I felt like they treated me like a priority to get the car back on the road good as new. Took almost 24 hours to get it back. Like WOW, that's fast. And they said the engine is in perfect condition and good for another long haul. I think I'll be sticking with them for future oil changes and other mechanical issues that may ever come up, whenever that maybe and it'll probably be a while, but still great SERVICE! And I look forward to future services with them. I felt they were very honest, too. I like them!

Mike was a great help! Even through I was not able to have my car repaired by this shop due to unforeseen circumstances he was more than happy to provide me with the right documents to take it elsewhere. Overall my experience with the Flat Black Automotive customer service was excellent not only with him but other employees as well.

I took my car in for servicing, and the whole experience was very efficient. The cost of the service was less then the initial quote, which was nice! Being a college student whose car had a problem for the first time, the workers were very nice and walked me through the whole process of what was wrong with my car, and the steps to get it fixed. Overall, a great service!
