I will never trust any other place! I've been to Flat Black before for a few other services and they've all been really great, but I especially appreciated my most recent experience. I took my Camry in for a second opinion and I'm SO glad I did! They gave me the CORRECT diagnosis and were even able to replace the axle that day. And as a female, they have never talked down to me or made me feel dumb for asking questions. Flat Black, you are so appreciated!!

Flat Black rebuilt my '99 Ram Van's corroded brake system rapidly and professionally. Another shop had a look at it and was impressed. These folks do what they promise!

Was pretty sure I had a dead starter; managed to get the car to Flat Black where they diagnosed that was indeed the case. The quote to replace it was on the high side of most estimates; when I asked why, they explained that was because the work came with a 5-year warranty. I told them that considering the age of the car, that wasn’t really a factor to me and that I’d rather try replacing it myself. They were very gracious & understanding; gave me a couple suggestions and a discount on the diagnostic work. TL;DR can’t speak to the quality of the work itself, but they dealt openly & fairly. That’s big.

I love these guys! Bright and cheery, straight forward and honest. They are fully knowledgeable and experienced, they do thorough work and quickly, yet strive to save you money. I could not ask more from a mechanic shop I can rely on, trust completely and send my best friends to.
