Personable, fair, competent, and timely. last year I switched to working with Flat Black when I couldn’t get timely service from another shop. Another trust worthy job and this time my second visit for a basic oil change. Took merely an hour. I was able to work on my laptop in the comfort of their lounge, have a conversation with a mechanic like we've known each other for a long time. Just all around friendly. Like, they are personable and like they know what to do and make it work and letting me know every step of the way if there was even a slight delay on something they mention what maybe the cause exactly and you feel at ease. They are there to make your ride run smooth and hope yo don't come back for any problems. But if one naturally develops one, well, they will certainly make sure it's nipped in the bud.
