This shop is the best. Got my clutch replaced in my 99 ford ranger, Its running great now and feels like a new truck. They were super accommodating and made the repair super process simple and affordable! Thanks guys.

Great customer service and competent. They know what they are doing. Mike at the front counter took the time to listen to us regarding what wasn't working on our vehicle. I noticed they treat every customer with respect and take time to listen to them and explain what theyre doing. After the car was diagnosed Andrew contacted us and explained in detail what the problems were and solutions to fix them. This is the only place that would touch my 2010 DTS Cadillacs problem with both the oil and head gaskets and do the job correctly. Andrew did a fabulous job fixing it. He cleaned old rust and crud for a thorough job done. We got progress pictures along the way. He researched and found parts that were needing replaced but no longer made. We got a full explanation on what was done and why. Because it was a huge job it took awhile due to what needed done and acquiring parts but we expected that. After all the repair was done Andrew drove my car around and made sure everything worked well. My caddy now has essentially a new engine. Also Andrew was so much fun to talk to. We live in Silverdale. The drive up to Bellingham was well worth it! I would recommend Flat Black Automotive for any car problems you have. It was a great experience. Thank you.

Wonderful experience the shop owner/mechanic is extremely knowledgeable about GM engines and how to make them run like new. We have to travel almost three hours to get to the shop and it's worth it.
