I had such a great experience here! As soon as I walked in, Mike greeted me warmly and was incredibly clear and knowledgeable about the issues I needed addressed. I also asked if they could handle a couple of additional tasks that werent part of the initial diagnostic, and they said yes without hesitation. When I picked up my car, they took the time to let me know about a few other things they had noticed and gave me helpful advice on what to keep an eye on for future maintenance. The pricing was very fair, and the overall service was exceptional. 10/10Ill definitely be returning!

Today was my first visit to Flat Black Automotive. The appointment went well with an on time start. I remained on site for the oil change service in the comfortable waiting area and was out within one hour. While Flat Black charges more for an oil change than some of the chain businesses, I will continue with this clean and well organized shop for all of my needed services and want them to be familiar with my vehicle when more complex services ate needed. Five stars!

Had the car towed over to the shop, had to wait for parts, shop seemed very professional,got five year part warranty,shop seem to be very professional.Mike was very professional 👍
