Needed to have my car towed last minute and Mike was able to help me out in no time! They were so fast and easy, made the whole process a breeze! Always terrific service, estimates that are accurate, and they don’t “treat me like I’m an old lady.” They talk to me like I could possibly understand the issue, and answer my questions in a way that I DO understand. My amazing former mechanic closed his shop, and I was delighted to find that he uses Flat Black. I send lots of folks their way with no qualms.

They were able to do a full inspection quickly and tell me everything that needed work. Gave me honest advice about what was worth fixing, and how to keep my car safely running in the meantime. Even took the time to teach me how to check and refill fluids. Would definitely recommend!
