I was referred to this business from a young man at Discount Tire for my wheel alignment. Spoke with Mike on the phone from flat black, he got me on the books with only a two day wait. Walmart ordered the wrong tire so I had to call and postpone, they were able to reschedule me for 3 Days Later. Mike and Adam were both kind and courteous and knowledgeable. My wheel alignment graduated to leaking fuel line and a hole in brake line along with leaking at the ABS block. All of this was discovered while on their lift taking a look at what they were going to do. They ended up performing no work as it would cost more than the value of the vehicle, and yet they charged me nothing for the inspection. I'm not saying this would happen to everyone who comes through the doors. Understanding my circumstances, this is what they decided on. Cannot thank them enough for their help and advice. I will continue to recommend this shop. Refreshing to deal with Straight Shooters especially in the car business.
Thank you for the great review. Unfortunately, some repairs do exceed the value of the vehicle, and while we are here to fix cars, we also have to have a real approach to helping and guiding our customers spend their money on worthwhile repairs.
