Today was the first time I've personally taken my car into Flat Black, but many of my friends love this place! Mike is incredibly helpful and friendly, and is amazing at explaining car mechanics to people who have little to no knowledge about the complexities of cars. They are one of the few auto mechanic shops that as a woman, I have not felt talked down to or felt they were trying to rip me off. Both my friends and I have always felt their prices are more than fair. Definitely my go-to car mechanic in Bellingham now!

These guys are great. They are honest, fair and do excellent work. They will go out of their way to provide excellent service at a very fair and reasonable price. The mechanics working here really know their trade and are very skillful. The service advisor went out of his way to double check to make sure that all parts and lubricants ordered were exactly correct They got my job extensive repair work done on time and even slightly under budget. Highly recommended!
