It was my first time using Flat Black, it was recommended to me my several people. I had taken my car to Nissan and they diagnosed it wrong and I took it to Flat Black for a second opinion and they fixed it and saved me $2500 that Nissan was going to charge me. Mike was great in keeping me updated and will be using them from now on.
