I just took my 2006 Jeep Commander in for a 120,000 mile service. The Flat Black crew got me in in less than a week and completed the service. They are knowledgeable, professional, and did a great job. They also diagnosed and repaired an oil leak due to failing valve cover gaskets. This shop is competent, trustworthy, and fair. Give them a try.

Helpful, knowledgeable staff

The customer service is top tier. If there’s such thing as an honest mechanic, these guys seem to be it. Very knowledgeable, very thorough and they did not try to sell me on a bunch of services I didn’t need. Reasonably priced and way less than the dealership. They also had a food bank drive going for a slight discount on service! Very caring people. Thanks guys! We will be back for sure.

As usual, the service I requested was performed professionally and without any delays. Flat Black is simply great, and the guys are awesome.

Went in the get a general inspection for a vehicle I was going to buy. I got a next day appointment, and the whole inspection only took a couple of hours. They were super thorough, went over everything with me when I picked it up, and gave me an overall estimate on repairs. I always have a great experience here and will definitely be coming back.

Super kind, understanding, and respectful! I came in thinking there was something wrong with my car’s fuse system, because the heat wouldn’t turn up. It ended up being that my car’s entire computer chip system needed replacing, which would be $2100 for ordering the part from Toyota alone. When they told me the number, I genuinely laughed out loud and said “That’s not happening”. They gave me a few other options such as writing down the part number in case I wanted to find a second-hand part myself, and manually turned the temperature up in my car for no extra cost so that I wouldn’t be freezing this winter. $2100 for just the part is new car money, but their understanding & professional demeanors were absolutely priceless! Also, free wifi & very clean bathroom!
