Overall good work just wish my car could have been ready sooner.

In the case with your car, your coverage took some time to assess from your 3rd party coverage. After denial from them and then subsequent approval from you, your car was completed the next day. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but unfortunately us was out of our control. We do look forward to seeing you and your Acura in the future!

Literally miracle workers, I had a family emergency and was needing to drive 1000 mile round trip this weekend. I had to take my truck in for what I though was a possible engine issue prior to leaving. They fixed it the next day after I called for a super fair price, folks were super helpful and knowledgeable, They fit me in at the last minute and I'm so appreciative! Deffinetly reccomend these folks.

I was in Bellingham but live a couple hours away. My truck that is 20+ years old and has never been to a mechanic shop (I do all repairs) had a bad day and died right in the middle of the road. Flat Black treated me with respect, they did a quick diagnostic and repaired my truck. I appreciated how they handle themselves.
