Flat Black Automotive worked hard to locate parts at below the manufacturer's price. They are always prompt, courteous and keep me informed about their progress. They explain everything and make recommendations. Finding a reliable mechanic is hard, but you've got one with Flat Black!

My granddaughter's car was overheating, even after adding coolant, every time she drove it. We had it towed to Flat Black Automotive and they made the repairs. Mike was great to work with. Since I live a few hundred miles away from Bellingham, we did the business part of everything over the phone. We will definitely use Flat Black again for all our car repair needs.

The folks here are really friendly and knowledgeable. They did a good job with my Honda Civic Hybrid, and made sure to get it fixed and back to me the same day. I just called to schedule some work that I'd held off on, and Mike remembered the car, looked up the details, and answered all my questions about it.
