Mike and Andrew are amazing. I have had my Equinox serviced there a few times and every time, Mike is honest and clear about what to expect. This most recent visit, I had an error pop up unexpectedly and he was able to squeeze me in the same week and have my car up and running in a few days. These will always be my go to mechanics, and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Mike and Andrew were amazing from Day 1. I have a 1999 Jeep Cherokee Oldie, which literally needed a fine and lengthy tune-up to run without leaks, overheating or crazy noises. Estimate for repair was high given the scale of the repairs but it was close to what the final bill was at the end. The price seemed reasonable for the amount of work the Jeep needed AND their Jeep technician (they have one in house that worked at JEEP) worked wonders on my Oldie! Thank you for such great and amazing service! Will go back and recommend you guys!

I loved working with the crew at this shop. Their team is awesome. Got my car back up and running in no time and they were super fair on price. The main person at the front desk, Mike, is AMAZING! He always sounded so happy to help and was great at communicating what was going on with my vehicle. Highly recommend this shop!

My granddaughter's car was overheating, even after adding coolant, every time she drove it. We had it towed to Flat Black Automotive and they made the repairs. Mike was great to work with. Since I live a few hundred miles away from Bellingham, we did the business part of everything over the phone. We will definitely use Flat Black again for all our car repair needs.
