I have been using Flat Back for almost a year now to service my Mazda CX-3. Mike is always prompt, helpful, and friendly. He answers all of my questions, and my car is always ready when he says it will be, In a nutshell, based on my experience, Flat Black Automotive provides superior customer service.

My granddaughter's car was overheating, even after adding coolant, every time she drove it. We had it towed to Flat Black Automotive and they made the repairs. Mike was great to work with. Since I live a few hundred miles away from Bellingham, we did the business part of everything over the phone. We will definitely use Flat Black again for all our car repair needs.

The folks here are really friendly and knowledgeable. They did a good job with my Honda Civic Hybrid, and made sure to get it fixed and back to me the same day. I just called to schedule some work that I'd held off on, and Mike remembered the car, looked up the details, and answered all my questions about it.

Thank you for the review, Carson! Unfortunately delays are common when dealing with extended warranty companies and their approval processes. In the case with your car, your coverage took some time to assess from your 3rd party coverage. After denial from them and then subsequent approval from you, your car was completed the next day. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but unfortunately us was out of our control. We do look forward to seeing you and your Acura in the future!

Literally miracle workers, I had a family emergency and was needing to drive 1000 mile round trip this weekend. I had to take my truck in for what I though was a possible engine issue prior to leaving. They fixed it the next day after I called for a super fair price, folks were super helpful and knowledgeable, They fit me in at the last minute and I'm so appreciative! Deffinetly reccomend these folks.

Great people to work with. Honest and willing to work with you. I came in for an oil change and they had it done quick and also looked at another problem real quick. I appreciate all the people working their.
